3.3.2 Adjusting saddle height

For a correct sitting posture it is important to adjust the saddle
to the right height.
•
When you sit on the saddle you should be able to place
both feet fully or partially on the ground.
Adjusting the right saddle height is done as follows:
1. Sit on the saddle .

2. Check whether you can stand fully or partially on the
ground with both feet.

3. Get off the saddle .

If necessary, adjust the height of the
saddle:
4. Loosen the socket screw
of saddle clamp using the

appropriate Allen key.
5. Adjust the saddle to the right

height.
6. When the saddle is at the right

height, screw the bolt tight again;
for the tightening torque see
section 8.2.
