Needle adjustment
1. Follow pressure relief procedure and engage gun trigger lock.
2. Remove tip, tip guard and hose.
3. Hold the gun so that the tip is pointing upwards. Turn the
counter nut clockwise until the trigger visibly lifts a little.
4. Turn the counter nut 3/4 of a turn anticlockwise. If adjusted
correctly, the trigger is freely movable.
NOTE:
The needle is adjusted correctly if the trigger is freely movable.
6. Attach the hose. Install tip guard. Prime sprayer.
7. Aim the gun into the pail and trigger until the spray fluid flows
out of the gun.
8. Release the trigger lock. The fluid flow should stop immedia-
tely.
9. Lock gun safety latch. Try to trigger the gun. No fluid should
escape now.
10. If the gun does not pass the test, repeat steps 1 - 9.
