Important
When cleaning, use only food-approved de-
tergents.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Switch the appliance off and leave it to cool.

Use a scraper tool to remove cooking resi-

dues from the plate.
Spread a suitable degreaser on the plate and

leave it to act for a few minutes.
Clean the plate thoroughly with a sponge,

rinse with plenty of water and dry.
Important
To clean the plate it is also possible to use the
"drain extension" (accessory on request), for
draining into a larger container and/or di-
rectly into a siphon with grille.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Switch off the appliance.

Turn off the circuit-breaker to disconnect it
2)
from the electrical mains.
Remove air filters, located under the appliance,
3)
and clean them with asuitable de-greaser. We
recommend washing them in the dishwasher.

CLEANING THE PLATE

Rinse the cooking plate thoroughly to re-
move all residues of the degreasing deter-
gent, and prevent stains and marks from for-
ming when the plate is put back into use.
Remove the drip tray and drain it (For version
5)
1N0TPE only).
