• position of the cam

• transponder chip too far
away from the antenna
• transponder chip is not
held long enough in front
of the antenna
• power outage
• remote control's batteries
are too low
• out of range
• batteries are empty
• wireless remote control
has not been taught
• battery is out of function
• a cable in the door frame is
damaged and has contact
with the frame profile
• when locking the door
(contact latch / dead bolt
center keep) there is a
short circuit

Troubleshooting
• change the profile
cylinder
• check the position
of the cam
• bring the trans-
ponder chip closer
(approx. 0 - 5 cm)
to the antenna
• hold the transpon-
der chip in front of
the antenna for a
longer time
• replace batteries
• bring wireless re-
mote control closer
(at the most 30 m
of unobstructed
area)
• replace the batte-
ries of the wireless
remote control
• check the wireless
remote control
and / or re-teach
• replace the battery
• find damaged area,
replace / repair
