11. [MEMORY] button: button for selecting the active memory device for loading or saving songs
(see par. 6.3) and/or general combinations (see par. 6.4). The LED [INT] on indicates that the
internal memory is selected, [USB] indicates that the USB stick is selected, if it is inserted in
the connector [
N.B.
If the USB stick is inserted and pressing [MEMORY] the [USB] LED does not light up, this means
that the USB stick has not been recognized by Chorum 10. Make sure the pen is inserted correctly,
that it is not damaged or defective and that the pen is formatted in FAT or FAT32.
12. [SONG] buttons: buttons for recording and playing songs. [REC] calls up the recording mode,
[START/STOP] starts playing songs. Refer to chapter 4 for more information.
13. [SPLIT] button: activates (LED on) and disables the Split of the Keyboard. In fact, the
instrument can play as if it were equipped with two separate manuals, one using Manual II
voices (right of the Split key included), and another using Manual I and Bass voices (left of the
Split). For a detailed description of Split mode, refer to par. 3.1.
14. Sub and super octave: these buttons can be used to transpose Manual I voices with the[MAN. I
4'] button one octave upwards, and Manual II voices with the[MAN. II 16'] button one octave
down.
15. [STYLE] button: the Chorum 10 has four organ styles, each of which refers to a particular
aesthetic of sound: Baroque (Led [BA]), Northern European Baroque (Led [BK]), Romantic (Led
[RO]) and Symphonic (Led [SY]). Through this button it is possible to select the timbre best
suited to the musical literature to be performed.
16. [MAN. I ORCHESTRA] buttons: buttons for activation (LED on) and deactivation of
orchestral voices for Manual I. Different orchestral timbres are available for each
ORCHESTRA button. For the selection of the desired voice refer to par. 3.6.
17. General combination buttons: buttons for recall of register combinations. These combinations
are adjustable. To store one, after activating the desired registers, keeping the [SET] button
pressed, press the button of the combination that you wish to store.
By pressing the button of the combination currently selected (button with LED on), you return
to the configuration of the registers prepared by hand before selecting a combination (HR
function).
By holding down for a few moments the button of the currently selected combination, all the
registers currently switched on are switched off (function Cancel or Cancel).
18. [BANK] button: select bank A or B of the general combinations.
19. [MAN. II ORCHESTRA] buttons: buttons for activation (LED on) and deactivation of the
orchestral voices for Manual II. Different orchestral timbres are available for each
ORCHESTRA button. For the selection of the desired voice refer to par. 3.6.
