Die Litzenantenne des Empfängers abwickeln. Die
Antenne kann in einem Führungsröhrchen im Rumpf ver-
legt, oder nach außen geführt werden. Den Empfänger
und
den
Power-Pack
mittels
Rumpfausbau platzieren.

Auswiegen
Modell zusammenbauen, Flächenservos anschließen.
Die Montage des Höhenleitwerks erfolgt vorn mit der M 4 x
25, hinten mit der M 4 x 50 Kunststoffschraube, wobei der
GfK-Seitenleitwerksabschluß mitverschraubt wird. Hintere
Schraube nur leicht anziehen.
Der Schwerpunkt liegt bei unserem Calif A21 S bei ca. 55 mm
ab Nasenleiste gemessen.
Modell auf 2 Fingern unterstützen.
Die richtige Schwerpunktlage ist erreicht, wenn der Rumpf
eine waagerechte Position einnimmt. Falls erforderlich,
Trimmblei verwenden.
Blei so fixieren, daß es während des Fluges nicht verrutschen
kann.

Uncoil the flexible wire aerial attached to the receiver. The
aerial can be fitted in a spare guide tube inside the tail
boom, or deployed outside the fuselage if you prefer. Pack

the receiver and receiver battery in soft foam to protect
them from shock, and stow them in the frame in the front
of the fuselage.

Connect up the receiving system components.
Balancing
Assemble the model completely and connect the wing-
mounted servos to the receiver.
The tailplane is attached using the M4 x 25 plastic screw at
the front and the M4 x 50 plastic screw at the rear; the screws
also hold the GRP fin cap in place. The rear screw should
only be tightened lightly.
On our Calif A 21 S the Centre of Gravity is about 56 mm aft
of the wing root leading edge.
Support the assembled model on two fingers to check the
CG.
Ideally the model will balance level, with the fuselage nose
inclined slightly down, when supported in this way. Add lead
ballast as required until this is the case.
Fix the lead ballast in place very securely, so that there is no
chance of it shifting in flight.

Développer l'antenne souple du récepteur. L'antenne peut
être disposée dans un tube-guide collé dans le fuselage
ou être amenée vers l'extérieur du fuselage. Disposer le
récepteur et l'accu de réception à l'aide de mousse plas-
tique dans l'aménagement intérieur du fuselage.

Raccorder l'ensemble de réception afin qu'il se trouve en
ordre de matche.
Équilibrage
Assembler complètement le modèle.
Le montage du stabilisateur intervient à l'avant avec la vis en
plastique M 4 x 25 et à l'arrière avec la vis en plastique M 4
x 50, la fermeture de dérive devant être fixée simultanément.
Ne serrer que très légèrement la vis arrière.
Le centre de gravité du Calif A21 S se trouve environ à 55
mm du bord d'attaque.
Caler le modèle sur deux doigts.
Il atteint sa position idéale lorsque le fuselage reste en équili-
bre horizontalement. Si nécessaire, utiliser du plomb de
lestage.
Fixer le plomb de lestage de telle manière qu'il ne puisse se
déplacer en cours de vol.
