Die Litzen nach vorn durch den Rumpf ziehen.

Seitenruder ansetzen. Position der Aussparungen für die
Augbolzen am Rumpf anzeichnen und gegebenenfalls
innen ausarbeiten.

Seitenruder mit oberem Lagerdraht festsetzen. Ausschlag
nach rechts und links prüfen.

Die Gabelkopf / Gewindebuchsen - Einheiten im
Seitenruderservo einhängen.

Litzen beidseitig gleichmäßig straffen und markieren.

Litzen an der Markierung nach hinten doppelt legen.
Gabelköpfe aushängen. Gewindebuchsen aufstecken
und verlöten.

Überstehende Litzenenden abschneiden.

Thread the two braided wires forward through the fuse-
lage.

Hold the rudder in position against the fin. Mark the posi-
tion of the slots in the fuselage to clear the ring-screws
(rudder horns), and file them out, working on the inside of
the fuselage as required for proper clearance.

Fit the top pivot rod to secure the rudder. Check that the
rudder moves freely to both sides of neutral.

Screw clevises onto two threaded couplers, and connect
the clevis assemblies to the rudder servo.

Pull the braided wires taut on both sides, check that they
are under even tension, and mark their correct length.

Double over the braided wires at the marked point, then
disconnect the clevises from the servo output arm. Fit the
threaded couplers and solder the joints.

Cut off the excess braided wire.

Tirer les fils vers l'avant au travers du fuselage.

Mettre la gouverne de direction en place. Marquer sur le
fuselage l'emplacement des dégagements pour les
boulons à œil et, si nécessaire, les retravailler.

Fixer la gouverne de direction avec la corde à piano/palier
du haut. Contrôler le débattement à droite et le débatte-
ment à gauche.

Accrocher les unités chapes/embouts filetés au servo de
direction.

Tendre les fils avec la même tension de chaque côté et
les marquer.

- Disposer en double les fils vers l'arrière au niveau de la
marque. Décrocher les chapes. Mettre les embouts filetés
en place et les souder.
- Couper l'excédent de fil.
