Beim folgenden Einbau der Servos die Anleitung des
Servo-Lock beachten.
-
Die Verlängerungskabel sind bereits eingezogen.
-
Mit den Querruderservos beginnen.
-
Servolock - Unterteil einkleben.
-
Kabel
freilegen
und
unter
Schrumpfschlauch an den Servokabeln polrichtig verlö-
ten.
-
Servohebel beschneiden, Servo einsetzen, dabei das
Kabel unter dem Servo verlegen. Der Abtrieb des Servos
muß zur Endleiste weisen.
-
Den Augbolzen kürzen und mit 5 mm Überstand
(Augenmitte) nach Bohren des 3 mm Lochs im Ruder
fluchtend zum Servohebel einkleben.

Querruder in Mittelstellung, Servo in die jeweilige
Neutralstellung bringen.

Vorschlag: Der Servohebel kann, um Differenzierung der
Ruderausschläge zu erreichen jeweils um einen Zahn
nach vorn versetzt auf dem Abtrieb montiert werden.

Gestänge (einseitig z-gekröpft)
Gewindebuchse, Kontermutter und Gabelkopf zusam-
mendrehen und im Augbolzen einhängen. Gestänge aus-
hängen, ablängen und Gewindebuchse verlöten.

Sinngemäß die Servos für die Wölbklappen und die
Bremsklappen einbauen.

Achtung: Die Bremsklappen werden mit einem V-Kabel
am Empfänger angeschlossen. Die Servos müssen daher
gleichsinnig ausschlagen. Entweder Umpolkabel bei
einem Servo verwenden oder das Servo um 180° verdreht
einbauen (siehe Bild 63).

The next stage is to install the wing-mounted servos.
Please read the instructions supplied with the Servo-Lock
units before you start this procedure.

The extension leads are already in place in the wings.
-
Start with the aileron servos: Glue the bottom section of
the Servo-Lock in the wing well.

Locate the end of the extension lead, bare the wire ends
and solder them to the servo lead, taking care to maintain
correct polarity. Insulate each joint individually with a
small piece of heat-shrink sleeving. Cut down the servo
output arm as shown, and install the servo in the Servo-
Lock, arranging the excess cable neatly underneath. Note
that the servo output shaft must be located towards the
trailing edge of the wing.

Cut down the ring-screw as shown. Drill a 3 mm Ø hole in
the aileron exactly in line with the servo output arm, and
fit the ring-screw in the hole. The linkage hole in the ring-
screw should be 5 mm from the surface of the aileron.

Tape the aileron at centre (neutral), and set the servo to
neutral from the transmitter.

Suggestion: you may wish to offset the servo output arm
on the output shaft by one spline forward of neutral, in

Connect the pre-formed end of a steel pushrod to the
servo output arm. Screw a locknut and clevis on a thread-
ed coupler, and connect the clevis to the aileron horn
(ring-screw). Mark the correct length of the pushrod and
disconnect the system. Cut the pushrod to length and sol-
der it in the socket of the threaded coupler.

Fit the cover on the Servo-Lock unit. Repeat the above
procedure for each of the wing-mounted servos which
operate the camber-changing flaps and brake flaps.

Caution: the brake flaps should be connected to the
same receiver output by means of a Y-lead; the servos
must therefore rotate in the same direction if the flaps are
to rise and fall together. If this is not the case, use a
reversing unit or reversing cable on one servo, or turn the
servo through 180° (see Fig. 63).

Lors du montage qui suit de servos, tenir compte des indi-
cations de la notice des dispositifs de fixation des servos

Les cordons-rallonges sont déjà en place.

Commencer avec les servos d'aileron.

Coller la partie inférieure des dispositifs support-servo.

Dégager les brins et les souder aux brins de servos en
tenant compte des polarités et en utilisant des morceaux
de gaine isolante thermorétractable.

Couper le palonnier du servo selon les indications
fournies. Mettre le servo en place en veillant à disposer le
cordon sous le servo. L'arbre der transmission du servo
doit être tourné vers le bord de fuite.

Raccourcir les boulons à œil et les coller en ligne avec le
palonnier du servo avec une saillie de 5 mm (centre de
l'œil) après avoir percé un trou de 3 mm dans la gou-
verne.

Amener les ailerons au neutre. Amener le servo corre-
spondant également au neutre.

Accrocher la tringle (une extrémité en Z) au servo.
Assembler l'embout fileté, le contre-écrou et la chape et
les accrocher dans le boulon à œil. Décrocher la tringle,
la couper à la longueur indiquée et souder l'embout fileté.

Monter le couvercle du dispositif de fixation du servo.

Monter les servos des volets de courbure et des dépor-
teurs de la même manière.

Attention: les aérofreins sont raccordés au récepteur à
l'aide d'un cordon Y. Les servos doivent dont se déplacer
dans le même sens. Utiliser soit le cordon d'inversion de
polarité d'un servo ou installer le servo en le décalant de
180° par rapport à l'autre (cf. fig. 63).
