Flächen zurückziehen, Epoxy in die 4 mm Bohrungen
träufeln, Drähte einschieben. Flächen erneut ansetzen,
ausrichten und Harz aushärten lassen.

durchbohren.

Winglets ansetzen, Bohrung auf die Fläche übertragen.

Die M 2,5 x 10 Schraube einfetten und in die
Einnietmutter als Hilfe eindrehen.

Einnietmutter in die Tragfläche einharzen.

Am Winglet den hinteren Dübel als Verdrehsicherung
anbringen und verkleben.

Drill a 3 mm Ø hole at the stated point on the centreline of
the fuselage wing root fairing to accept the incidence peg,
and a 4 mm Ø hole in the wing root rib. Fit the peg in the
hole in the fuselage.

Mask off the fuselage around the incidence peg hole
to prevent the wing and fuselage becoming perma-
nently glued together.

Plug the wing panels into the fuselage, threading the
servo leads into the fuselage as you do so.

Align the wing panels carefully and lock them in place with
the socket-head screws.

Loosen the screws again and withdraw the wings slightly.
Apply epoxy to the 4 mm Ø holes, and push the incidence
pegs into place. Slide the wings against the fuselage
again, align them carefully and leave the epoxy to cure
fully.

Drill a central 2.5 mm Ø hole right through each winglet as
shown.

Offer up the winglets to the tips of the wing panels and
mark the position of the hole on the wing.

Grease the M2.5 x 10 screw and screw it into the rivet nut
to act as an alignment aid. The grease prevents the screw
becoming stuck.

Epoxy the rivet nut in the wing tip.
-
Glue the rear dowel in the winglet to act as incidence peg.

Hold the winglets against the wing panels and secure
them with the M2.5 x 10 screws.

Selon la cote indiquée, percer un trou de 3 mm pour la
corde à piano de verrouillage au centre du fuselage,
percer un trou de 4 mm dans la nervure d'emplanture de
l'aile, mettre la corde à piano en place.

Protéger le fuselage dans le secteur du perçage pour
éviter de coller l'aile.

Mettre les demi-ailes en place, ce faisant, amener le cor-
don du servo vers l'intérieur dans le fuselage.

Centrer les demi-ailes et les fixer avec les vis six pans
creux.

Retirer les demi-ailes vers l'arrière et appliquer de la colle
époxy dans les trous de 4 mm. Remettre les demi-ailes en
place, les centrer et bien laisser sécher la colle.

Percer systématiquement les trous de saumons au centre
avec une mèche de Ø 2,5 mm.

Mettre les saumons en place, reporter le perçage sur
l'aile.
-
Graisser la vis M 2,5 x 10 et la visser dans l'écrou à rivet-
er comme assistance.

Coller l'écrou à riveter dans l'aile avec de la résine.
-
Installer la cheville arrière dans le saumon afin qu'elle
l'empêche de tourner sur lui-même et la coller.
