1.1.2 Securing with ISOFIX and Top Tether „Universal" for G I (9-18kg)
For securing the child car seat with ISOFIX and Top Tether there is
a "universal" approval.
For this reason, these seats can only be used in certain cars.
Please check the approved vehicles based on the vehicle type list.

The HEYNER® MultiFix AERO+ child car seat is designed
and tested according to the European requirements for child safety
equipment (ECE R 44/04). The approval loses its validity,
if you make any changes to the seat. If the seat is used on
the passenger seat, please slide it as far as possible
backwards and comply with the instructions of the
vehicle manual.
Attention: The license loses its validity as soon you make any changes
to the car seat. Amendments must only be carried out by the manufacturer.
The HEYNER® MultiFix AERO+ must only be used to secure your child
in the vehicle.
Never use the child car seat as additional seating nor as a toy.
Never secure your child or the car seat itself with a two-
point seat belt. If your child is only secured with a two-
point seat belt it can result during an accident in serious
injury or even death.
The installation must only be carried out by an adult!

1.2 Adjusting the child size

1.2.1 Preparation
The HEYNER® MultiFix AERO+
is equipped with a head cushion (A1) and infant insert
(A2).
The cushions are intended for the special protection of
small children with a weight of 9kg - 18kg. We recom-
mend
removing these only when the child is too big
for them, at least if the child weighs 18kg.
1.2.2 Height adjustment of the headrest (A) and the
harness straps (G2)
to the size of your child.
Only a well adjusted headrest ensures maximum safety.
The headrest should be adjusted so that theintegrated
5-point harness system (G) runs at shoulder height of the
child.
Please make sure that the belts are not behind the child's
back or at the level of the child's ears.
The HEYNER® children's car seats have their own 5-point
harness system (G). Adjust the size of the harness system
to your child by adjusting the headrest (A). Place the
HEYNER® child car seat on a normal chair and place the
child inside.
