• Unlock the safety catch (SR)
and pull out the lower safety bolt
(SB). Now the seat (ST) is unlocked
and can pushed forward.
• Open the red belt clamp (GK)
and the lap belt clamp (BK) of the
child seat.
• Now pull the car belt between the
seat (ST) and the child car seat in
the direction of the vehicle's-
three-point belt buckle (X).
Push the lock tongue (V) from the three-point belt
of the vehicle into the three-point belt buckle (X)
with an audible „click". Be sure that the belt is not
twisted. Now feed the lap belt (W) horizontally through
the red belt noses (GN) and the open lap belt clamp (BK).
Check that the lap belt lies tight in the belt noses
and the lap belt clamp (BK). Now close the lap
belt clamp (BK). Insert the diagonal belt into the opened
red belt clamp (GK) which is the closest to the buckle.
Make sure that the belt runs only through one of the two
belt clamps (GK). Do not close the clamp until the three-
point belt has been tightened.
Tighten the three-point belt by pulling it closer to the
three-point belt buckle (X). Now draw the diagonal belt
(U) tautly upwards in the direction of the retraction
mechanism. Fix the belt by closing and locking the belt
clamp (GK). Now fold the seat (ST) back, secure the lower
safety pin (SB) and the safety catch again.

Caution: the safety bolt (SB) must lock the seat (ST)
completely with the base (BT) again.
Now, open the upper safety pin (SB) and pull it out, so
that you can put the diagonal belt of the car behind it.
Ensure that the belt is not twisted. Then, reinsert the
safety pin (SB) and lock the security latch afterwards.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that the strap of the three-point
belt is neither twisted nor jammed. The straps of the
belt anchor (R) must not be clamped. Please follow the
instruction drawings and assembly details carefully.

1.5 The child in the HEYNER® MultiFix AERO+

1.5.1 Securing the child

Loosen the shoulder straps by pressing the belt adjuster
(GV) and pull the harness straps (G2) towards you.
Attention: Do not pull on the shoulder pads.
Open the seat belt buckle (D) and the belt system (G).
Place the harness straps (G2) to the left and to the right
side. Now place the child into the seat of the
HEYNER® MultiFix AERO+ so that the
buttocks press deeply into seat.
Insert the two buckle tongues (C) of the harness strap
(G2)
and connect it to the belt buckle (D) until you hear a clear
„click" sound.
