Final Assembly

Assemble the prosthesis for
fitting. Pay attention to the
instructions for the different
components.
Make sure that the lock
body is completely free
of any residue (e.g. resin residue,
dust, etc.) before final assembly.
For final assembly the locking
mechanism has to be secured
with medium strength thread-
locking fluid. The release button
also has to be secured with
medium strength threadlocking
fluid on the thread bar of the
release mechanism.

Cleaning/Maintenance
If necessary, Teufel WJT Lock
Systems can be cleaned with a
damp cloth.
Do not use compressed
air to blow out the
locking mechanism or
the lock. Remove possible dirt
with a fine paintbrush.
We recommend a visual inspect-
ion and a performance test after
six months for all moving com-
ponents, and after 12 months
for all other components.
