Final Assembly

Assemble the prosthesis for
fitting. Pay attention to the
instructions for the different
components.
Make sure that the lock
body is completely free
of any residue (e.g. resin residue,
dust, etc.) before final assembly.
Do not drill through
the pin duct.
Torque for the locking mecha-
nism in the lock body: 5 Nm.
Torque for the clamping screw
inside the three-prong adapter:
15 Nm.
WJT 4 Lock System
Button
Extension
Two different button exten-
sions are available, which can
be bought as accessories if
required. They are used instead
of the original button. To repla-
ce the original button, unscrew
it from the locking mechanism,
and install one of the button
extensions.
If the standard button of
the locking mechanism is re-
placed by a button extension,
the button extension has to
be secured with superglue (not
Loctite!) during installation!
To do so, apply the superglue
to the female thread of the
button extension.
