7. Now screw the valve into the
valve unit (right-hand thread!).
8. By pushing the central
button while putting weight
on the stump in the socket,
excessive air can be released
from the socket.
Final Assembly
During the final assembly, make
sure that the two seals are po-
sitioned correctly. At the same
time, ensure that the valve
unit and the threaded ring are
securely connected, to prevent
any unwanted air leakage.

The performance of the Screw
Valve Kit must be checked at
regular intervals (depending on
the intensity with which the
prosthesis is used). Dirt inside
the air channels may impair
the functionality of the Screw
Valve Kit. Remove the expulsion
valve, and clean the white inner
surface with the four drill holes.
Then re-insert the expulsion
valve. If the Screw Valve Kit
should be damaged or worn-out
we recommend replacing the
component in question with
parts from the spare parts kit.
Storage/Disposal
Store the product in its original
packaging in a dry place. Protect
from dust, dirt and moisture.
This product does not contain
any environmentally hazardous
substances. It can be disposed of
with household refuse.
