Check the position of the
plastic tube, the release
button should be easy to

Screw the release button
in by about 2cm, then seal
the plastic tube with Modelsil
Silicone Modelling Putty
(REF 72.000.821.03).

Cover the model with 1-mm-
thick Eurolast Trolen (REF
71.011.018.01), fasten it with
WJT 8 Lock System
adhesive tape. (Bild 1985).
Select the desired density
for the rigid foam. For regular
use we recommend using
Rigid Foam PUR 300 (REF
70.831.0xx.00), mixed 1:1
with Component B Hardener for
Rigid Foam (REF 70.835.0xx.00).
Apply enough foam so the lock
is fully covered. (Fig. 26)

Once the foam has fully cured,
sand it into shape and remove
the sealing putty from the
plastic tube. (Fig. 27)
