The screws which attach the calf shank
with the foot plate must not be loosened,
their locking torque may not be changed.
The assembly instructions for the foot
have to be followed.

Final Assembly

Each time MakStride feet are used,
they have to be used together with a
spectra sock and a foot cosmesis of
the matching size.
The screw connection with the foot
pyramid has to be tightened with the
torque prescribed for the pylon adapter
or screw adapter used.
For the definite completion of the
prosthesis all screw connections have
to be secured with a medium strength
threadlocking fluid.
In case the foot cosmesis is removed
again after the final assembly (e.g. for
inspection), an appropriate assembling
tool has to be used in order not to
damage the heel spring.

If necessary, MakStride feet can be
cleaned with a damp cloth.
Conduct an annual visual inspection and
functional test of the foot.
If necessary, send the foot to us for
maintenance.

Storage/Disposal

Store the product in its original packa-
ging in a dry place. Protect from dust,
dirt and moisture. This product does not
contain any environmentally hazardous
substances. It can be disposed of with
regular household waste.
