Problems specific to DHE Con-
nect
Error during WLAN setup.
The stream is interrupted for a few sec-
onds or completely.

After a power failure
The displays in the programming unit and the selected
settings are retained following a power failure.

Cause
The IP address could not be obtained.
The router timed out during WLAN setup.
The WLAN reception is too weak.
The network connection could not be estab-
lished.
When setting up WLAN access, incorrect ac-
cess credentials were entered.
Your router does not allow connections, for
example due to an enabled MAC filter.

The Bluetooth range is too short.
The WLAN reception is too weak.
Remedy
Check your router and internet connection settings.
Repeat WLAN setup.
Check that your WLAN availability is stable at the installation location. Use
a repeater to improve signal strength if necessary.
Check your access credentials. Establish a new connection from the pro-
gramming unit to the router if necessary.
Check the access credentials.
Check your router configuration. Contact the router manufacturer if nec-
essary.

Bring the Bluetooth loudspeaker closer to the instantaneous water heat-
er.
Check the strength of the WLAN reception. Use a repeater to improve sig-
nal strength if necessary.
If you cannot remedy the fault, contact your qualified contractor.
