a) Unroll the delivery hose (1) completely.

c) Reset delivery pressure as follows:
- motor pumps with MC 8 and MC 18: turn knob (29) completely anticlockwise;
- other motor pumps: put lever (30) into the
d) Start the machine for priming to start. If the machine has an electric motor, turn the main switch on, putting
it into position "1" (bear in mind the warning concerning three-phase motors given in the

follow the instructions for starting given in the engine manual.
e) Pressurise the machine in the following way:
- when installed, put lever (30) into the
- turn knob (29) until the pressure value wanted is reached (turning clockwise to increase pressure,
anticlockwise to reduce it); if installed, the pressure is shown on the pressure gauge (36).
f) If provided, move the tap lever (39) into the
g) Turn the lance (13) lever (26) to adjust the spraying angle (from an empty cone to a thin solid jet). The
position of the spray chosen can be fixed with the adjuster (24). We advise doing this spraying the lance
inside the tank so as not to disperse the chemical product.
h) The flow of liquid sprayed depends on working pressure, on the nozzle (27) used (the machine comes
with a standard 1.5 mm Ø nozzle) and on the spraying angle set. The nozzle to use for the type of job to
be done can be found in the following table (note that the flow rate given is the maximum, that is, for a
thin and solid jet).

CAUTION
• To permit fast machine priming, proceed as indicated at point c) every time the tank is emptied of fluid.
• During the first hours of operation, it is best to check the oil level and, if necessary, top up the level,
following the instructions in the
• Do not operate the machine:

WARNING
• Also comply with the safety instructions regarding stopping contained in the manual of any
combustion engine equipping the machine.
• Always make sure that, once stop operations have been performed, no part of the machine is moving
and no pipes contain liquid under pressure.
• Once the machine has cooled down, be careful:
