Cleaning and servicing the

Clean the cutter bar (2) carefully after each
use. After using the equipment, it is impera-
tive to:

Clean the blade (with an

Oil the blade shaft with
an oil can or spray.
Replacing the hand
protection
Loosen the two screws on the hand pro-
tection (3) with a screwdriver. Replace
the damaged hand protection (3). Fasten
the new hand protection (3) with the two
screws.

• Clean the equipment before putting it
away.

distance of approx. 10 mm from the

tool, accessories and packaging to a recy-
cling centre when you have finished with
them.
Electrical machines do not belong
in domestic waste.
Take the equipment to a waste disposal
site. The plastic and metal parts that are
used can be separated out into pure
grade, which allows recycling. Ask our
Service Centre for details.
Defective units returned to us will be dis-
posed of for free.
