7.8.1 Connection to an existing wireless LAN network

1) Under "Wi-Fi", tap the switch displayed on the screen so that
"ON" will be indicated� A search for available wireless LAN net-
works will start� The networks found will be listed together with
their signal strength�
2) Select the corresponding network from the list and tap "Connect"�
3) Enter the password required from the network and confirm with
"OK"� The password will be saved to the mixer for future connec-
tions� The network name will be green after successful connection�
The IP address assigned to the mixer will be indicated in the menu
view "Setup" (fig� 26)�
Further options:
– "Refresh" will start a new search for wireless LAN networks
– "Forget" will delete the password for the network selected from
the memory
4) To exit the wireless LAN mode, tap the switch displayed on the
screen underneath "Wi-Fi" so that "OFF" will be indicated�

7.8.2 Operation as a wireless access point

1) Tap the switch displayed on the screen underneath "AP | Hotspot"
so that "ON" will be indicated�
2) Define the network name in the field underneath "SSID"�
3) To protect the network by password, tap the switch displayed on
the screen next to "Password" so that "ON" will be indicated�
Enter the corresponding password in the field underneath "Pass-
word"�
4) Tap "Save" to save the settings made�
5) To exit the wireless LAN mode, tap the switch displayed on the
screen underneath "AP | Hotspot" so that "OFF" will be indicated�

7.9 Service functions

The functions "Update from USB", "Toggle Dev Mode", "Save Log"
and "Android Home Screen" in the setup menu "Setup ➾ System
Maintenance" are for service purposes and are not described in this
manual�
