Setup options:
– type of effect under "Type ... "

– ratio between original signal "Dry" and effect signal "Wet"
– reverberation time "Time" in relation to the simulated room size
– equalizer with low-shelf filter "EQ LS" (20 – 200 Hz, ±18 dB) and
high-shelf filter "EQ HS" (1�5 –15 kHz, ±18 dB), each with adjustable
cut-off frequency "Freq" and gain / attenuation "Gain"
Note: To adjust average values, tap the numeric fields twice�
– "Save" to save effect settings (cf� chapter 5�3�3�1)
– "Lib ... " to retrieve effect settings that have been saved
(cf� chapter 5�3�3�2)
5.7.2.4 Graphic equalizer
Operation of the graphic equalizer is described in the sound processing
section of chapter 5�3�3�

5.8 Saving settings

Digital mixers are able to save settings, giving them a great advantage
over analog mixers� On the one hand, DELTA-160 offers 16 memory
locations for each special signal processing function:
– parametric equalizer
– graphic equalizer
– dynamic processing
– modulation effects
– echo effects (Delay)
– reverberation effects (Reverb)
On the other hand, the complete current setting of the mixer can be
saved as a scene� This will also include the memory locations for special
signal processing functions� To go to the scene list:
1) Press the key SETUP (5) to call up the setup menu�
2) Tap the button "Scenes" on the left to call up the view for the
scene list (fig� 25)�
3) When all settings have been made, press the key SETUP to exit
the setup menu�

5.8.1 Saving a scene

To save the current settings of the mixer as a scene:
1) Tap the button "New"� A window "Please input scene name" and
a keyboard will appear�
2) Enter the corresponding name:
The button "?123" is used to switch over the keyboard to special
characters and numerals� The button  is used to delete the
character on the left of the cursor�
3) Tap "Confirm" or "Cancel"�

5.8.2 Loading a scene

To load a scene that has been saved:
1) Tap the corresponding scene on the list or use the buttons "Prev"
and "Next" to select the scene�
2) Tap the button "Load"� The settings of the scene will be loaded
and the scene name will appear at the top�

5.8.3 Additional functions for scene management

– "Copy" is used to duplicate the scene selected
– "Up" and "Down" are used to change the position of the scene
selected within the list
– "Save" is used to overwrite the scene selected with the current
settings of the mixer
– "Export" is used to save all scenes selected via the column "Sel" to
a USB storage device connected to a USB port (3); to select / deselect
a scene, tap the box in the column "Sel"
– "Import" is used to import scenes that have previously been export-
ed to a USB storage device in the scene list; if the scene name already
exists, the name of the imported scene will get the extension "_USB"
– "Delete" is used to delete the scene selected from the list
– "Rename" is used to rename the scene selected
