Control functions

Temperature alarm

A temperature alarm is generated when the temperatures
in the fridge or freezer compartment are too high.
Possible cause
-
Power failure
- Storage of fairly large quantities of fresh food
- Fault in the appliance
The maximum temperature reached during a fault and
the current temperature is alternately indicated in the
respective display field. The alarm LED also lights up
and an acoustic signal is generated.
To switch off the temperature alarm:
Press the temperature alarm button.

Ascertain the cause of the temperature alarm.

The acoustic signal switches off. The LED continues
to flash and both temperatures are alternately shown
in the display field until the set temperature is
reached.

Quick freeze

When this function is activated, the temperature in the
freezer compartment is controlled for 24 hours to
produce more ice in the ice maker.
Note:
When the quick freeze function is activated, the B
and Y buttons of the freezer compartment are without
function.
To activate this function:
Press the Quick freeze" button.
D
The LED indicates that the function is activated.
To end the function prematurely, press the
D
Quick freeze" button again. The LED extinguishes.

Super

When this function is activated, the temperature in the
fridge and freezer compartments is reduced to the
coldest setting. These compartments are intensively
cooled for 12 hours after opening the door for an
extended period, loading a large quantity of fresh
products or storing warm food.
Note:
When the Super cool" function is activated,
the B and Y buttons in the fridge and freezer
compartments are without function.
