Loose two nuts on the pipe to release air
and water in cell vessel; then loose the top
retaining nut

Open cell cap, pull out the
flow rate sensor connector as
figure shows above.

Replace
new
flow
sensor with the right direction
(reverse cannot be installed);
tighten sensor with screws;
install connector as figure
shows and put back cell cap.

- Check if the power line of control box is right connected to protection socket.

Use screw-driver to unscrew

Swing pendulum bar several
rate
times (to check if the bar
moves smoothly; if not please
re-install flow rate sensor;
switch may not work if the
flow rate sensor did not install
properly)

Use screw-driver to unscrew

Making sure flow rate sensor is installed
properly; put cell back to cell vessel and
tighten nuts as the figure shows above
