ELECTRIC LOCK
Set Dip11 to ON to enable control of the electric lock in the opening phase.
RELEASE PULSE IN OPENING PHASE
Set Dip10 to ON to enable the release pulse of the electric lock in the opening phase (provided
Dip11 is set to ON)
With the gate closed, pressing an opening command will cause the gate to perform the closing
movement for 0.5s (in this phase the Encoder(s) is/are not enabled), and simultaneously the
electric lock is activated (followed by 0.5s pause and then by opening of the gate).
GATE LEAF RELEASE ASSIST:
With the electric lock release pulse active (Dip10 - ON), when the gate is closed a direction
reversal manoeuvre is performed for a fixed time of 0.2s to facilitate manual release (in this
phase the Encoder is not enabled).
OPERATION AFTER BLACK-OUT
When mains electrical power is restored press the opening button (K, OPEN, radio).
The gate will open.
Let the gate close itself with automatic closure or wait that the flasher
stops blink first to command the closing movement. This operation is valid to obtain the
leaves position readjustment.
During this phase all safety devices are active.
INTRUSION ALARM MODE
This feature is enabled only with motors PRINCE (DIP 12 ON) with encoder connected
(DIP 7 ON or OFF).
Operation: only with gate completely closed, in case of manual forcing of the shutters,
the motor/s are selected to close, preventing access. In the meantime the output to
SIREN is enabled, and remains activated for 7 sec .
In case the intrusion prevention mode is enabled, all commands are inhibited, hence the
gate can be selected open only after 7 sec.
INTRUSION SIREN (SIREN -
Current supplied for siren operation (300 mA max, 12Vdc)
It is possible to install a siren (code ACG2278) to monitor the manual forcing of the gate
and thus the intrusion of unauthorized persons.
SAFETY ACCESSORIES OPERATION
It serves as a safety device both during opening and on closure, with movement
reversion.
DIP 7 (ON) OPERATES THE MOTOR WITH ENCODER.
If the Encoder does not work (due to a failure In the power supply, disconnected wires,
broken or defective disk), the gate Is not operated.
If the encoder operates the closing or the opening and than gives a reverse command,
the gate stops and reverses Its movement for 1 second. The buzzer buzzes to alarm
for 5 minutes and the blinker blinks for 1 minute.
During or after the 5 minutes, when the buzzer alarms, you can make the gate work
again just pressing the operating button you want.
PHOTOCELL 1 (COM-PHOT 1)
If DIP 6 is OFF - The gate does not open if there is an obstacle within the photocells
range of action.
During operation, photocells work both when the gate opens (by starting the opening
movement again after half a second time), and when it closes (by starting the reverse
movement after one second time).
If DIP 6 is ON - If there is an obstacle within the photocells range of action when the gate
is closed and its opening is commanded, the gate opens (during Its
opening, photocells do not work).
Photocells work only while the gate Is closing (by starting Its reverse motion after one
second, even if they are still engaged).
STOP BUTTON
The STOP button stops the gate during any operation.
If you push it when the gate is totally open (or partly open, by using the pedestrian
command), this button temporary excludes the automatic closing (if selected by DIP3 or
DIP9). It Is than necessary to operate another command to make the gate close again.
The automatic closing function Is enabled again with the following operating cycle (if
selected by DIP3 or DIP9).
N.B.: This electric board can supply power ONLY TO BLINKERS WITH BLINKING
CIRCUIT.
With KS2 24V (for PRINCE) use flasher (ACG7061) with lamp 24V 20W max.
With KS2 12V (for KING) use flasher (ACG7057) with lamo 12V 10W max.
PRE-BLINKING FUNCTION:
DIP 8 - OFF => the motor, the blinker and the buzzer start at the same time.
DIP 8 - ON => the blinker and the buzzer start 3 seconds before the motor.
BUZZER (Optional)
Current as supplied for buzzer operation 200 mA 12Vdc
The buzzer emits an intermittent sound signal during opening and closing cycles. When
safety devices are operated (alarm), the intermittence frequency of this sound signal
Increases.

BLINKER
WARNING LIGHT - GATE OPEN (COM-SIGNAL):
Its function Is to signal when the gate Is open, partly open or not totally closed anyway. It
turns off only when the gate is totally closed.
This warning signal is not enabled during the programming procedures.
N.B.: 3W Max. If you overuse the push button panels or the lamps, the control
board logic system may be compromised, resulting into a possible operation
block.

- All the inputs must be used as clear contacts because the power supply is generated
inside (safe power) the control panel, and it has been laid down in such a way to
guarantee a double or strengthened insulation in relation to the parts with dangerous
power.
- Eventual external circuits connected to the outputs of the control board or of the
expander card must be carried out making sure that a double or strengthened insulation
is used in relation to parts with dangerous power.
- All inputs are run by a programmed integrated circuit which does a self check every
time it starts operating.
