VALVOLA DI BLOCCO INCORPORATA
HB/97
E' un dispositivo (fig.12) che blocca
immediatamente il lusso del gas se, a causa
di qualche guasto, la pressione di valle
raggiunge il valore prefissato per il suo
intervento, oppure se la si aziona
manualmente.
Per il regolatore di pressione APERFLUX
851 esiste la possibilità di avere la valvola
HB/97 incorporata sia sul regolatore di
servizio come pure su quello con funzione di
monitor in linea.
Le
principali
caratteristiche
dispositivo di blocco sono:
•
otturatore valvola bilanciato;
•
azionamento
pneumatico
autoalimentato;
•
pulsante di chiusura locale;
•
intervento
per
incremento
diminuzione della pressione;
•
pressione di progetto: 100 bar per tutti i
componenti;
•
precisione (AG): ± 1% sul valore della
pressione di taratura per aumenti di
pressione; ±5% per diminuzione;
•
by-pass incorporato;
•
riarmo solo manuale;

INCORPORATED HB/97 SLAM-SHUT
VALVE
This is a device (fig.12) which immediately
blocks the gas flow if, following some kind
of failure, the downstream pressure reaches
the set-point for its intervention, or is
operated manually.
On the APERFLUX 851 regulator, it is
possible to have the HB/97 slam-shut
incorporated both with the service regulator
or on the one functioning as in-line monitor.
The main characteristics of the slam-shut
device are:

and/or decrease;

design pressure: 100 bar for all the

precision (AG): ±1% of the pressure set-

pressure drops;

incorporated by-pass;

Das Sicherheitsabsperrventil SAV (Fig. 12)
dient zur sofortigen Unterbrechung des
Gasdurchflusses, falls der Regeldruck
aufgrund
voreingestellten
und/oder unter-schreiten sollte oder falls das
SAV von Hand ausgelöst wird.
Beim APERFLUX 851 kann das SAV HB/97
sowohl am Betriebsregler als auch am in
Reihe geschalteten Monitor integriert
werden.
