OPERAZIONI FINALI
CONTROLLO TENUTE E TARATURE
1)
Aprire molto lentamente la valvola di
intercettazione posta a monte del
regolatore e controllare mediante
soluzione schiumogena o similare:
• la tenuta delle superfici esterne del
regolatore e del pilota;
• la tenuta delle superfici interne del
regolatore e del pilota;
• la tenuta delle raccorderie.
2)
Aprire a valle del regolatore un
rubinetto di sfiato in grado di creare
una piccola portata di gas.
3)
Avvitare la vite di regolazione pos.
del pilota fino al valore di lavoro
desiderato.
4)
Chiudere
il
rubinetto
all'atmosfera.
MESSA IN SERVIZIO
1)
Aprire molto lentamente la valvola di
intercettazione di valle ed aggiustare,
eventualmente, il valore di taratura del
regolatore agendo alternativamente
sulla vite di regolazione pos.
pilota e sulla vite di regolazione pos.

CONTROL OF TIGHTNESS AND SETTINGS
1)
Very slowly open the on/off valve
upstream from the regulator and using
foam and the like check:
• the tightness of the outer surfaces of
the regulator and pilote;
• the tightness of the inside surfaces of
the regulator and pilot;
• the tightness of the connections.
2)
Open a vent downstream from the
regulator to create a small flow of gas.
3)
Screw in the adjustment screw
the pilot to reach the desidered set
point.

Close the vent cock from the
atmosphere.

UND EINSTELLUNG
1)
Ganz langsam das Absperrorgan in der
Vordruckleitung öffnen und mit einem
schaumbildenden Mittel o.ä. Folgendes
prüfen:
• die äußere Dichtheit des Reglers und
des Pilotreglers,
• die innere Dichtheit des Reglers und
des Pilotreglers,
• die Dichtheit der Anschlüsse und
Verbindungsstutzen.
2)
In der Leitung hinter dem Regler einen
Entlüftungshahn öffnen, so dass ein
geringer Gasdurchfluss erfolgt.
3)
Die Einstellschraube des Pilotreglers
Pos.
einschrauben, bis der

gewünschte Einstellwert erreicht ist.
4)
Den
Entlüftungshahn
Atmosphäre wieder schließen.
WIEDERINBETRIEBNAHME
1)
Ganz langsam das Absperrorgan in der
Ausgangsdruckleitung öffnen und bei
Bedarf den Einstellwert des Reglers
durch wechselweises Verstellen an der
Einstellschraube des Pilotreglers Pos.
und an der Einstellschraube Pos.
