Se,
per
esempio,
funzionamento,c'è una diminuzione della
pressione di valle Pa al di sotto del valore di
taratura (per aumento della portata richiesta
o diminuzione della pressione di monte) si
instaura uno sbilanciamento dell'equipaggio
mobile 11 che provoca un aumento di
apertura dell'otturatore 7 e quindi una
diminuzione della pressione di controllo Pc.
Conseguentemente, la membrana 1 si
sposta verso l'alto aumentando l'apertura
del regolatore, finchè la pressione di valle
raggiunge nuovamente il valore di taratura
prescelto.
Viceversa, quando la pressione di valle
cresce oltre il valore di taratura (per
diminuzione della portata richiesta o per
aumento della pressione di monte) si
provoca la chiusura dell'otturatore 7 e
quindi la pressione Pc raggiunge il valore
della
pressione di monte Pe. In queste
condizioni la membrana 1 si porta in
posizione di chiusura.
In
condizioni
di
normale
l'otturatore 7 si posiziona in modo che il
valore della pressione Pc al di sopra della
membrana 1 sia tale da mantenere il valore
della pressione di valle attorno al valore
prescelto.

If during operation, for example, there is a

Wenn beispielsweise der Ausgangsdruck Pa
beim
Betrieb
(durch
gewünschten Durchflussmenge oder durch
Abfallen des Eingangsdrucks) unter den
Sollwert
absinkt,
entsteht
Ungleichgewicht
am
Stellantrieb
wodurch sich das Stellglied 7 weiter öffnet
und folglich der Steuerdruck Pc absinkt.
Dadurch verschiebt sich die Membrane 1
nach oben und öffnet somit das Regelventil
noch weiter, bis der Ausgangsdruck wieder
seinen eingestellten Sollwert erreicht hat.
Wenn umgekehrt der Ausgangsdruck (durch
Abfall der gewünschten Durchflussmenge
oder durch Anstieg des Eingangsdrucks)
über seinen Sollwert ansteigt, erfolgt das
Schließen des Stellglieds 7 und folglich
erreicht der Druck Pc den Wert des
Eingangsdrucks
Pe.
Unter
Bedingungen begibt sich die Membrane 1 in
Schließstellung.
Unter
normalen
Betriebsbedingungen
positioniert sich das Stellglied 7 so, dass der
Wert des Steuerdrucks Pc oberhalb der
Membrane 1 so ist, dass der Ausgangsdruck
nahezu konstant am gewünschten Solldruck
gehalten wird.
