2.10 Positioning of and interconnection
of collectors
Secure the collectors respectively

with two locking brackets (9) at the top
and bottom. For this, insert the screw (6)
(from set 221334 or 221335) into the side
of the profile rail channel and push to
the required position where the locking
bracket is to be located. Position and
secure the locking bracket (9).
The collector connections are at the
P
top of the collector. The expansion joint
(11) is used to connect the collectors. This
is supplied with each mounting frame R2
(221335) and each frame connection set
RV (185660). Fit the thermal insulation
(on-site provision) after fitting the
expansion joints. Cut into the side of the
insulation and seal the slit with adhesive
tape after installation.
Fit the collector sensor well at the
B
collector outlet of the collector array.
Coat the collector sensor with heat
conducting paste and push as far as possible
into the collector sensor well.
Never adjust or t wist the f it ted
connections.
Have an expert carry out lightning
protection measures.
Only connect the roof outlets at the free
male threads G ¾¨ or the collector sensor
well.
Immediately after installation, flush the
system, fill with heat transfer medium, and
commission.
