NOTES FOR THE ASSISTANCE:
In case of incorrect communication between inverter
and CPU, the CPU itself provides to make a reset of the
inverter software type. If this should not be enough,
disconnect the machine from power supply for at least
30/40 seconds, so that the condensers inside the in-
verter loose their charge.

IN2 and IN4

The potentiometer that we use is a multiturn potenti-
ometer which means that the shaft must make more
than a single turn to go to the other side of the stroke.
In order to check the correct functioning of the poten-
tiometer, pull out the gauge and check that during the
stroke the value does not get blocked.
NOTES FOR THE ASSISTANCE:
You need to check the values of the potentiometers
when you insert the measures and the machine shows
unacceptable values and when the problem persists
even after the calibration.
Diagnosis of the IN2 Potenziometer of the distance
Defect
The value is blocked ei-
ther at the end of the scale
or between 0 and 40.
The value is blocked be-
tween 100 and 16000.
The value touches zero dur-
ing the stroke of the gauge.

After substituting the potentiometer or after noticing
that the locking screw has loosen, follow the instruc-
tions before moving on to the calibration.
How to position the Aludata potentiometer of the dis-
tance:
1. Remove only the carter without disconnecting the
board;
2. Start the balancing machine;
3. Enter the test menu:
4. Pay attention to the IN2 value;
5. unblock the screw on the locknut "A";
6. Now keep the gauge in rest and turn the potentiome-
ter as far as the value of 1000 ± 200;
7. Block the locking screw;
8. Check the correct functioning during the stroke;
9. Close the machine;
10. Proceed with the calibration of gauges (chapter
Calibration menu).
