How to position the potentiometer of the diameter:
1. Remove only the carter without disconnecting the
board;
2. Start the balancing machine;
3. Enter the test menu;
4. Pay attention to the IN4 value;
5. unblock the nut on the shaft "A";
6. Now lean the gauge against the shaft, turn the po-
tentiometer "B" as far as the value of 3000± 200;
7. Block the nut "A" on the shaft;
8. Check the correct functioning during the stroke
9. Close the machine
10. Proceed with the calibration of gauges (chapter
Calibration menu).
How to position the potentiometer of the width:
1. Remove only the carter without disconnecting the
board;
2. Start the balancing machine;
3. Enter the test menu;
4. Keep the value of the board shown and unblock the
nut on the shaft"A";
5. Now lean the gauge against the shaft, turn the po-
tentiometer "B" as far as the value of 1000 ± 50;
6. Block the nut "A" on the shaft;
7. Check the correct functioning during the stroke
8. Close the machine
9. Proceed with the calibration of gauges (chapter
Calibration menu).
How to position the trailing cable:
1. Remove only the carter without disconnecting the
board;
2. Remove the cable that has been damaged;
3. Insert the new cable (code 42412) from the potenti-
ometer;
4. Pass the cable on the guides;
5. Pass the cable on the driving nut (2 turns);
6. Block the cable on the return spring through the
clamp (code 42189);
7. Reposition the potentiometer of the distance in
order to work. Follow the instructions.

NOTES FOR THE ASSISTANCE
These are the instructions to follow if you want to re-
pair the machine. In case of substitution of the whole
gropu of the gauges, simply proceed with a single cali-
bration.

Digital inputs:

Cover status
As this microswitch is a magnetic one and the down-
ward movement of the cover is automatic, the pro-
gramme signals with the error message n°6 (the cover
has not been lowered) the malfunctioning of the micro
itself.
To check the correct functioning of the microswitch
proceed as follows;
Test of the cover microswitch :
1. Select the voice "cover down" with the keys ARROW
and press OK;
2. Check that the value "micro carter" is "ON";
3. If the value is OFF check that the two magnets are in
the correct position;
4. If the value is 1 but the error message appears in any
case, rise the speed of the cover with the stoppers
of the electrovalves (see electrovalve assembly).
Brake pedal
Pressing the brake pedal it is possible to control the
correct functioning of the microswitch: if the word
"ON" does not appear check with the multimeter the
microswitch and the cable.
