IN1 - Internal pick-up signal

Now the sensor is mounted in the other position.
when checking the machine verify that:
R
the rest value is at the half of the range scale;
R
pushing the shaft downwards, the grows up to end
scale;
R
lifting the shaft, the value goes down to zero.
NOTES FOR THE ASSISTANCE:
The sensors (code 654432) are identical. In order to
distinguish them during the production, they mount the
red pick-up outside and the black one inside.

How to substitute the pick-up:
1. Remove the carter
2. Disconnect the action -centre;
3. Loose the two locking screws (n° 10) that are posi-
tioned under the measure plant;
4. Completely unscrew the special screw, which is
positioned under the pick-up (n° 8), through the use
of a 17mm key;
5. Remove the sensor of the pick-up;
6. Position the two spheres (n° 5 and n° 7) on the new
sensor. Help yourselves with some oil grease to keep
them in position;
7. Position the pick-up;
8. Screw the special key (n° 8) through the use of a
17mm key so that you will be able to rotate the sen-
sor manually by pushing lightly;
9. Bring the cable of the sensor of the pick-up on the
external side of the measure plant;
10. Tighten the cable and make a rotation at 180°
through the use of a 17mm key or apply a 6N
strength through the use of a dynamometric key.

Encoder

It indicates the function to directly check the encoder:
the number of spaces goes from 0 to 199.
NOTES FOR THE ASSISTANCE:
The malfunctioning of the tool is detected automatically
by the programme that will show on the display "Err
10" or "Err 11", showing also on the board the notice
"enc". Verify the cause of the defect to correct the
problem properly.

Motor and inverter

At the moment a specific motor check page has not yet
been created, so proceed as follows: connect a USB
keyboard to the balancer, run a cycle and, while it is
running, press the letter "D": in this way the diagnosis
page will be shown during the cycle.
The communication between inverter and board is rep-
resented with two numbers:

The first one shows the communication status be-
tween board and inverter: when n° 4 is shown the
communication is correct.
R
The second shows the receiving of data from the
board: the n°3 means correct functioning.
