The above-mentioned product has been sold to the customer free and clear, including appropriate business-technical documentation and accesories. Customer
was adequately informed on basic rules of product proper use and technical maintenance.

Warranty conditions

Object of warranty:
Warranty period for this product and its equipment is 24 months from the purchase date, unless the 'service book for VARI machines and systems, with
Honda engines' says otherwise. Period from claiming the right of responsibility for defects to the moment when the customer was obliged to accept the product,
after it was repaired, is not included in the warranty period.
The dealer must give the customer a receipt confirming the time of exercising this right, together with a receipt confirming the repair and its duration. If the
product is exchanged, the warranty period starts running from the date of accepting the new product. If an assembly is exchanged, the warranty period of this given
assembly starts running from the date of accepting the product.
The range of manufacturer responsibility:
The manufacturer is responsible for the product to have the characteristics usual for given product type and given properties during the whole warranty period.
The manufacturer is not responsible for product defects caused by ordinary wear and tear or by using the product for purposes other than for which it was designed.
Extinction of warranty:
The warranty becomes extinct if:
a) the product was not used and maintained following the user manual or was damaged by any unauthorised intervention of its owner
b) the product was used in different conditions or for different purposes than those it was designed for
c) the purchase receipt is missing
d) the original records written by manufacturer, dealer, or service workers were intentionally changed
e) some of the product parts were replaced with reproduction parts
f) the damage or extensive deterioration of the product was caused by insufficient maintenance
g) the product was engaged in an accident or damaged by a force majeur
h) a change on the product was carried out without manufacturer's agreement
i) the defects were caused by unqualified storage
j) the defects were caused by the ordinary wear and tear of the product
k) the required guarantee check was not carried out in the appointed period (this is only valid for products with prolonged warranty). Given products
with prolonged warranty period must undergo guarantee checks, according to the conditions given in the 'Service book for VARI machines and
systems with Honda engines'
l) the product was connected to, or operated with, a device unauthorised by the manufacturer
m) the warranty is non-transferable; it is not transferred to the 2nd user
Warranty claims:
Customer claims the warranty at the dealer. When claiming the warranty, the customer must present a regularly filled in warranty certificate and a purchase
receipt. The warranty repairs are carried out by the dealer or authorised services.
Law :
Other relations between customer and dealer follow appropriate provisions of the legal regulations according to national legislation in the country of sale.
