Installation of the DC busbars

Mounting of +DC/-DC busbars
Preparations
1. Remove each cover from the master and slave to access the power sections (Fig.9-2).
Each cover is fastened with 4 screws.
2. Remove the hexagon socket screws MX in the master and the slave for the +DC
connection.
3. Remove the hexagon socket screws MX in the master and the slave for the -DC
connection.
Put aside the connecting cable
Install the +DC/-DC busbars (busbars and fixing material are included in the scope of supply)
1. Position the +DC busbar
2. Fasten the +DC busbar
M8 × 45 mm , plain washer
3. Position the -DC busbar
4. Insert 2 hexagon socket screws M8 × 45 mm
washers into the bore holes of the DC busbar
distance sleeves .
5. Screw the hexagon socket screws
6. Lay the connecting cable
busbar and plain washer
7. Tighten the hexagon socket screws
for the installation of the -DC busbar.
