D 5.1.1 Fettart, Betriebsbedingungen
Für die Erstschmierung der Lager wird normalerweise das Schmier-
fett Esso Unirex N3 verwendet.
Folgende Schmierstoff-Angaben sind üblich:

- kein Schild vorhanden (Bauart
ohne Nachschmiereinrichtung
- „Esso Unirex N3
Fett K3P-20 nach BAnltg."
Maschinen mit Nachschmiereinrichtung haben immer ein Schmier-
schild, mit Angabe der Schmierfett-Art, der Nachschmierfrist und
Fettmenge je Schmierstelle.
Die Fettwechselfristen dieser Anleitung bzw. die Nachschmierfris-
ten in den Schildangaben gelten für normale Belastung, Betrieb
mit Drehzahlen entsprechend Schildangabe, schwingungsarmen
Lauf, annähernd neutrale Umgebungsluft und (bei K3P-20--Angabe)
für Verwendung hochwertiger Wälzlagerfette. Diese Fette haben
Lithiumseife als Dickungsmittel und Mineralöl als Grundöl. Sie
übertreffen in wesentlichen Bedingungen die normalen Anforde-
rungen nach DIN 51825 und erlauben deshalb die vorgegebenen
Schmierfristen.
Bei ungünstigen Bedingungen bzw. bei Umrichterbetrieb mit
höheren Drehzahlen sind die Nachschmierfristen entsprechend
zu verkürzen.
Fette mit unterschiedlichen Dickungsmitteln und Grundölen nicht
mischen.

D 5.1.1 Type of grease, operating conditions
The lubricating grease Esso Unirex N3 is normally used for the initial
charge of the bearings.
The following lubricant information is customary:

Machines with relubricating device are always fitted with a lubrication
plate with details of the type of grease, the relubrication interval and
the grease charge per lubrication point.
The grease change intervals of this instruction and the relubrication
intervals given on the lubrication plates apply for normal loading,
almost vibration-free running, operation at speeds according to data
plate, practically neutral ambient atmosphere and (when K3P-20 is
specified) for the use of high-grade rolling-contact bearing greases.
These greases have lithium soap as thickener and mineral oil as
the basic oil. In essential requirements, they exceed the norma!
requirements to DIN 51825 and thus permit the specified lubricating
intervals.
In the case of unfavourable conditions or with converting operati-
ons at higher speeds, the reegreasing intervalls are to be reduced
accordingly.
Greases with different thickeners and basic oils should not be
mixed.
