Beschreibung
D 2.1 Bauvarianten
Die Führungslager sind bei waagrechten Bauformen als Rillenku-
gellagerausgeführt. Diese können auch mit Zylinderrollenlagern
gepaart sein. Bei gepaarten Lagern ist der Außenring der Rillenku-
gellager radial nicht geführt und wird durch Druckfedern am Um-
laufen gehindert.
Die Führungslager bei senkrechten Bauformen sind Rillenkugellager
oder Schrägkugellager der Lagerreihe 72 oder 73 (Schrägkugellager
mit verstärkter Axialfixierung siehe ZusatzBetriesanleitung).
Als Loslager sind Rillenkugellager oder Zylinderrollenlager ein-
gebaut. Ist das Loslager ein Rillenkugellager, so wird der axiale
Spielausgleich durch Druckfedern erreicht.
Die kompletten Lagerbezeichnungen (Lagerkennzeichen und Na-
chsetzzeichen für die Lagerausführung) sind zusammen mit den
Schmierangaben auf dem "Schmierschild" angegeben.

D 3.1 Aufstellen
Die Zuordnung der jeweiligen Lagerausführung ist unter Berücksich-
tigung der Belastungsrichtung und -größe (Bauform, Achskräfte)
optimal ausgewählt und darf deshalb nicht geändert werden. Die
zulässigen Werte für Längs- und Querkräfte sind dem Katalog zu
entnehmen oder erforderlichenfalls zu erfragen.
Falls nicht anderweitig, z.B. im Katalog, zugelassen, dürfen die
Maschinen nur in der auf dem Leistungsschild angegebenen Bau-
form eingesetzt werden, da bei anderen Bauformen ggf. neben einer
Änderung der Lagerzuordnung evtl. weitere Maßnahmen erforder-
lich sind. Hierzu wird grundsätzlich Anfrage empfohlen.
D 3.2 Schmierung vor Inbetriebsetzung
Beträgt die Zeit von Lieferung bis Inbetriebnahme der Maschinen bei
günstigen Bedingungen (Aufbewahrung in trockenen, staubund er-
schütterungsfreien Räumen) mehr als 4 Jahre oder bei ungünstigen
Bedingungen mehr als 2 Jahre, so sollen die Lager neu geschmiert
werden (siehe auch D 5..)

Description
D 2.1 Variants of design
The locating bearings are deep-groove ball bearings for horizontally
mounted machines. These bearings may also be in pairs with cylind-
rical roller bearings. In the case of bearings in pairs, the outer ring of
the deep-groove ball bearing is not guide radially and is prevented
from rotating by compression springs.
The locating bearings for vertically mounted machines are deep-
groove ball bearings or angular-contact ball bearings of type range
72 or 73 (angular-contact ball bearing with increased axial fixation
see supplementary instructions).
The floating bearings are deep-groove ball bearings or cylindrical
roller bearings. In case of deep-groove ball bearings as floating
bearings, the axial play is compensated by means of compression
springs.
The complete bearing markings (bearing type and suffix) and the
detail of lubrication may be taken from the "lubricating data plate"
Installation
D 3.1 Mounting
The model of bearing is chosen as required for the direction and
magnitude of load (type of constructions, forces acting on the shaft)
and therefore it should not be changed. The permissible values of
axial and radial forces may be taken from the catalog or be inquired
about, if necessary.
Unless otherwise specified, e.g. in the catalog, the machines should
only used as indicated for the particular type of construction as
shown the rating plate, because onother type of construction may
require further measures in addition to a different type of bearing.
In this case an inquiry is recommended.
D 3.2 Lubrication before operation
The bearings shoulds be relubricated if the time between delivery
and commissioning of the machines is more than 4 years, assuming
that they have been stored under favourable conditions (i.e. in dry,
dust and vibration-free rooms) or more than 2 years if they have
been stored under unfavorable conditions. (see also D 5 ..).
