In the measuring mode you can carry out a zero point correction on overpressure
sensors via the TARE function.
Activating the TARE function by:
pressing the TARE key; this sets the current display to 0 and from now on all
measurements are displayed in relation to the set tare value. The writing TARE,
displayed directly above the pressure unit, indicates the activation of this function.
Press the TARE key again to deactivate the tare function.
a) Current pressure measuring value
b) Current unit and pressure type
- Overpressure: without identification;
- Absolute pressure: is marked by an additional "a"
c) Signal that the tare function is active
I) Bar graph
The bar graph displays from 0 ... 100 % of the measuring range of the currently
connected sensor. Corresponding to the current pressure value it is filled by x %
and gives information about the current utilisation of the connected pressure
sensor.
II) Rechargeable battery capacity status display
The rechargeable battery capacity status display displays from 0 ... 100 % of the
charging state. It is filled by x % corresponding to the current charging state and
gives information about the current charging state of the rechargeable battery.
