6. Safety Instructions
a) General
These safety instructions are not only for the protection of the product but also for your own safety and that of other
people. This is why you should read this section very carefully before using the product!
In the case of damages which are caused due to failure to observe these operating instructions,
the guarantee will expire. We do not assume any liability for resulting damage!
Nor do we assume liability for damage to property or personal injury caused by improper use or
the failure to observe the safety instructions! The guarantee will expire in any such case.
Normal wear and tear during operation (e.g. worn-out gear wheels or servo transmission) are
excluded from the guarantee and warrantee, the same is the case for accidental damages (e.g.
broken bearing retainer or rotor blades).
Remote-controlled models are not toys!
• The model is not suitable for children under 14 years of age, unless under the supervision of adults.
•
Do not leave the packaging material unattended. It may become dangerous playing material for children.
• Take out private liability insurance for model flights. Contact an insurance agency.
• The unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the product is inadmissible because of safety and approval
reasons (CE).
•
The model is designed for operation indoor and can be used outdoor only by totally calm conditions.
•
Please use only the recommended operating material, accessories and original spares!
b) Remote control
•
Always tighten the transmitter antenna properly.
• Check the range of your remote control system before starting.
• When the model is stationary, check if the servos react to the remote control signals as expected!

Please observe the charging status display of your remote control transmitter!
• Ensure that nobody else is transmitting on your frequency!
• The same frequency should not be used even when different modulation types are used (FM (PPM), AM, PCM).
•
If you are flying on private property, the property should be at least 5 km away from the next official model flight
location.
•
Only experts may undertake repair operations on a defective remote control system.
• Unauthorized intervention with the electronic system will lead to cancellation of the license of the remote control
system.
