d) Switching the Helicopter on

Slide the channel selection switch (see figure 1, item 10) into the desired position (A, B or C). For the concurrent
operation of up to three models in one room, each helicopter must use a different channel. Only this prevents them
from being affected by the wrong remote control.
Switch on the transmitter first.
Slide the control lever for the pitch function (see figure 1, item 8) all the way up and let it return to the lower position.
Slide the helicopter function switch (see figure 4, item 4) from the front position "OFF" to the rear position "ON".
The helicopter electronics now performs internal gyro attunement for approx. 5 seconds and "learns" the transmitter
control signals. During this time, a blue LED (1) flashes on the electronics board behind the function switch.
When attunement is completed, the blue LED (1) is lit
permanently and the helicopter is ready for operation.
The alternatingly flashing LEDs to the right and left of
the cabin cowling (2) serve purely optical purposes on
the helicopter.
During the attunement process, the model helicopter must not be turned or moved, and no other IR remote
control transmitter should be operated in direct proximity of the model.
