d) Switching the Helicopter on

Ensure that the model helicopter and the transmitter are switched off.
Then switch on the model helicopter. For this, slide the
on/off switch of the model (1) from the "OFF" to the "ON"
position.
A red LED in the model helicopter starts to flash in a rhythm
of 2. Now put the model helicopter onto the starting point.
Then switch on the transmitter and move the control lever
for the pitch function (also see figure 1, item 7) all the way
forward and back again.
The red LED in the model helicopter starts to flicker; after
a brief time, binding is completed and the model helicopter
has recognised and saved the digital code of the transmit-
ter.
The LED in the model helicopter then phases in a rhythm
of 2 again and the model helicopter is ready to start.
The model helicopter must not be turned or moved while binding. Do not operate a second IR remote
control transmitter or a strong light source in direct proximity of the model.
