9. Getting started with the transmitter
In the operating instructions, the numbers in the text always refer to the figure opposite or the figures
within the section. Cross-references to other figures are indicated with the respective figure number.
a) Screwing on the Antenna of the Transmitter
If necessary, the antenna of the transmitter is inserted as far as possible from the front/top though the circular opening
into the casing of the transmitter (see also figure 2, pos. 2) and is then turned like a screw. Tighten the antenna only as
much as is possible manually. Use neither force nor tools to tighten it.
b) Inserting the Batteries/Rechargeable Batteries
The power supply of the transmitter requires 8 alkaline batteries (e.g. Conrad Item No. 652507, pack of 4, order 2 x) or
accumulators size Mignon (AA). For ecological and also for economical reasons it is recommended to use rechargeable
batteries, since they can be recharged.
The battery compartment lid (1) is located on the rear side
of the transmitter.
Please press the corrugated triangle and push off the lid
downward. Now insert the 8 batteries or rechargeable
batteries into the battery compartment.
Observe the correct polarity of the individual cells. A
corresponding note (3) is located on the bottom of the
battery compartment.
Afterwards slide the lid of the battery compartment back
on from the bottom and let the locking mechanism click
into place.
c) Loading the rechargeable batteries for the transmitter
As there is no charging socket on the remote control transmitter, the transmitter batteries must be removed from the
remote control for recharging.
Use a suitable round cell device for charging and observe the details of the battery manufacturer regarding the maximum
charging current.

Fonction de la gouverne de direction:
Si le levier de commande des fonctions de gouverne de profondeur et de direction (voir figure 2, pos. 14) est déplacé
vers la gauche, la gouverne de direction doit braquer vers la gauche.
Si le levier de commande des fonctions de gouverne de profondeur et de direction (voir figure 2, pos. 14) est déplacé
vers la droite, la gouverne de profondeur doit braquer vers la droite.
Si la gouverne de direction devait réagir à l´inverse du fonctionnement décrit précédemment, vous pouvez inverser
dans ce cas le sens de marche du servo de la gouverne de direction à l´aide de l´interrupteur Reverse (voir figure 2,
pos. 10).
b) Contrôle des braquages de gouvernes
Lorsque le modèle est monté correctement et l´émetteur bien réglé, les gouvernes (mesurées sur le bord arrière)
devaient présenter les valeurs de braquage suivantes :

Les braquages des gouvernes sont prédéfinis en usine et sont prévus automatiquement en fonction de la structure du
modèle. Vous pouvez augmenter ou diminuer les braquages des gouvernes, si nécessaire, en choisissant d´autres
points de pivots pour les tringles d´asservissement sur le levier de servo-commande ou le palonnier de gouverne.
