With what control stick you operate the rudders on your model on the sender is your personal decision.
In practice it has, however, been shown to be effective to move the function for changing direction
(vertical rudder) and the regulation of the engine to a joystick. The elevator rudder function is moved to
another joystick of the remote control.
Further information in this respect can be found in the respective documents for the remote control.
• If the precise servo position has been defined, bore holes for the fixing screws and screw the servos into the
fuselage.
• Once you have inserted the two bowden cable ducts (see Figure 8, pos. 3), you can push the servo levers with the
stud bolts (see Image 8, pos. 4) and fix them on the servo.
• Now reactivate the remote control system. The control stick for the rudder and elevator rudder and the associated
trim levers must be in the central position. Then fit the servo lever at a 90° angle to the servo and tighten the lever.
• Place the two rudders precisely in the central position and then tighten the grub screw with a hexagon socket
wrench in the stud bolt (see Image 8, pos. 5). The rest of the linkage bar which stick out (see Image 8, pos. 6) can
be shortened with side cutters.
• Finally, the two bowden cable ducts (see Image 8, pos. 3) are firmly glued with the bowden cable covers and the
bulkhead (see Image 8, pos. 7). Thickened 2-component epoxy resin has proven suitable as glue.
