Assembly of the drive units

1. Loosely screw the angle bracket to the vehicle frame so that
it can still be moved.
2. Place the drive unit onto the vehicle frame so that the bolts
of the flange plate point inside through the provided bore-
holes of the vehicle frame.
3. Push the angle bracket over the bolts and secure the drive
unit with the enclosed 4 nuts.
4. Tighten the 4 nuts of the drive unit with a torque of 70 Nm
and the 4 nuts of the angle bracket with a torque of 40 Nm!

Mover® H TE R
on vehicle frames 610 – 650
2 extra screws and nuts (also included in the delivery) are
required for each drive unit to mount the Mover® H TE R
to the vehicle frames 610 – 650.
Depending on the vehicle frame (reduced/increased GVW),
the drive units of the Mover® H TE R must be mounted to
different positions of the vehicle frame. This ensures that the
functional dimension lies in the allowed range (see "Func-
tional dimension").

1. Loosely screw the angle bracket to the vehicle frame so that
it can still be moved.
2. Place the drive unit onto the vehicle frame so that the bolts
of the flange plate point inside through the provided bore-
holes of the vehicle frame.
3. Push the drive unit until the position boreholes of the drive
unit and the vehicle frame overlap – insert the screws (4 )
into the position boreholes – with the thread toward the
vehicle frame.
4. Push the angle bracket over the bolts and the screws.
5. Secure the drive unit with the enclosed 6 nuts.
6. Tighten the 6 nuts of the drive unit with a torque of 70 Nm
and the 4 nuts of the angle bracket with a torque of 40 Nm!

Functional dimension

To ensure that the Mover® functions correctly, the clear-
ance between the tyres and the swivelled driving rollers is
10 – 26 mm (for loaded vehicles and loaded wheels). If the
clearance is not within this range, steps must be taken to
check whether or not the correct tyre type is used (see "Iden-
tifying the angle bracket") or if the tyres are heavily worn. All
tyres must have the same inflation pressure as per the manu-
facturer's instructions (check at regular intervals!).

Place covering plate onto housing and fix in position with
3 guide pins in each case (knock in with a hammer or screw-
driver handle).
Installing the position indicator
Push the position indicator into the two holes in the gearbox.
