If you have already installed SIMATIC NET products, the "Update
Options" dialog will be displayed during Setup. Since the parallel
installation of SIMATIC NET products is approved only for the
versions supplied on the same CD you should update all the
SIMATIC NET products already installed on your computer.
After you have installed the software, you configure the module by
installing a CP and assigning resources to it. You then configure the
software by creating the access point for the application and assigning
an Interface parameter to the access point.
