Intended Use

The ion blow gun SATA anti-dust jet / X is designed to dedust and dis-
charge electrostatically charged objects by means of ionised compressed
air.
The user is responsible for any damage and accidents caused by im-
proper use!

SATA anti-dust jet / X
The SATA anti-dust jet X has passed a design examination.
It has been developed, constructed and manufactured in accordance with
the EC directive 94/9 EG. It has been classified according to II 2 G Ex s
mb IIA/IIB T5 and may be used and stored in the explosive zones 1 and 2
up to 50 °C ambient temperature.
• The following applications and operations lead to the loss
of the explosion protection and are, therefore, prohibited:
• Use of the SATA anti-dust jet / X (ion blow gun and power
supply) in explosive areas belonging to e-zone 0!
• Do not use solvents and cleaning agents based on
halogenised hydrocarbons! Chemical reaction which may
occur when using these substances may be explosive!
• Operation of a SATA anti-dust jet X with another
power supply as the SATA power pack X!
