SATA jet spray-mix
D: Vor Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes / Spritzpistole ist die Betriebsanleitung vollständig und eingehend zu lesen, beachten und einzuhalten. Danach ist diese an einem
sicheren Platz für jeden Gerätebenutzer zugänglich aufzubewahren. Das Gerät / Spritzpistole darf nur von sachkundigen Personen (Fachmann) in Betrieb genommen
werden. Bei unsachgemäßer Benutzung des Gerätes / Spritzpistole oder jeglicher Veränderung oder Kombination mit ungeeigneten Fremdteilen können ernste
Gesundheitsschäden der eigenen Person, von fremden Personen oder Tieren die Folge sein (z.B. Nichteinhaltung der Betriebsanleitung), für die SATA keine Haftung
übernimmt. Die anwendbaren Sicherheitsvorschriften, Arbeitsplatzbestimmungen und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften des jeweiligen Landes oder Verwendungsgebietes
des Gerätes / Spritzpistole sind zu beachten und einzuhalten (z.B. die deutschen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften BGV D25 und BGV D24 des Hauptverbandes
der gewerblichen Berufsgenossenschaften usw.).
GB: Prior to putting into operation the system / spray gun, read the operating instructions completely and thoroughly. The stipulations contained therein are to be
respected in any case. After that, the operating instructions are to be stored in a safe place, accessible for every user of the equipment. The system / spray gun may
only be put into operation by persons familiar with its use (professionals). Inappropriate use of the system / spray gun, modification of any kind or combination with
inappropriate other parts may cause serious hazard to the user's, other person's or animal's health (e.g. failure to respect the stipulations laid out in the operating
instructions) for which SATA shall not take any responsibility. The applicable safety, workplace and worker health protection regulations of the respective country or
area / district in which the system / spray gun is used are to be respected in any case (e.g. the German Rules for the Prevention of Accidents BGV D25 and BGV
D24 issued by the Central Office of the Professional Trade Associations, etc.)
F: Avant la mise en service de l'appareil / du pistolet, lire complètement et attentivement le mode d'emploi. Les exigeances y figurant sont à respecter en tout cas.
Après, le mode d'emploi est à garder dans un endroit sûr et accessible pour chaque utilisateur de l'appareil. L'appareil / pistolet ne devra être mis en service que par
des personnes habituées à l'utilisation d'un tel appareil (professsionnels). L'utilisation non appropriée de l'appareil / du pistolet, chaque modification ou combinaison
avec des pièces non appropriées peut provoquer un danger sérieux à la santé de l'utilisateur, d'autres personnes ou d'animaux (p.ex. si le mode d'emploi n'est
pas respecté) pour lequel SATA ne prendra aucune responsabilité. Les consignes de sécurité, réglementations quant au lieu de travail et exigeances concernant la
protection de l'utilisateur en vigueur dans le pays respectif ou la région respective où s'utilise l'appareil / le pistolet sont à respecter en tout cas (p.ex. les consignes
allemandes pour l'empêchement d'accidents BGV D25 et BGV D24, publiées par le Bureau Central des Associations Professionnelles, etc.).

D: Beachte:
Pistole nie gegen eigene oder andere Personen und Tiere richten. Der Materialstrahl kann in das Körpergewebe eindringen und zu Körperschäden führen. Sofort
einen Arzt aufsuchen. Beim Lackieren darf im Arbeitsbereich keine Zündquelle (z.B. offenes Feuer, brennende Zigaretten, nicht explosionsgeschützte Lampen usw.)
vorhanden sein, da beim Lackieren leicht entzündliche Gemische entstehen. Bei Arbeiten an der Pistole, den Filtern und der Pumpe das System immer drucklos
machen, Luftzufuhr zu den Geräten absperren. Über die Arbeitsweise und die Handhabung der Materialförderpumpe sind die einschlägigen Sicherheitsvorschriften zu
beachten. Abzugsbügel der Pistole mit Abzugssperre (2) bei Nichtbenutzung blockieren. Die Anlage unterliegt den
1. Richtlinien für Flüssigkeitsstrahler, Hauptverband der gewerblichen Berufsgenossenschaft, Zentralstelle für Unfallverhütung, Langwardtweg 103, 53129 Bonn.
2. Den Unfallverhütungsvorschriften BGV D25 des Hauptverbandes der gewerblichen Berufsgenossenschaft.
3. Den Unfallverhütungsvorschriften BGV D24 über Spritzen, Tauch- und Anstricharbeiten der chemischen Industrie.
4. Den anwendbaren Sicherheitsvorschriften des jeweiligen Landes und Verwendungsgebietes.
Beim Lackieren wird das SATA Atemschutz-Set empfohlen.
GB: Warning:
Never aim the gun at yourself or at others and animals. The paint spray can penetrate human tissue and cause bodily injury. If this happens, visit a doctor immediately.
Do not spray paint in the vicinity of possible sources of ignition (e.G. naked flame, lit cigarette, non-explosion-proof lamps etc.), since readily flammable mixtures arise
and vapours are given off during paint spraying. Before working on the gun, the filters and the pump, always make sure that the system is unpressurized and shut off
the air supply to the units. Observe the relevant safety regulations with respect to operating and handling the fluid feed pumps. Lock the trigger of the gun by means
of the trigger lock (2) when not using the gun. The system is subject to the:
1. Guidelines on Liquid-Jet Spray Systems, „Hauptverband der gewerblichen Berufsgenossenschaft", Zentralstelle für Unfallverhütung, (German Industrial Trades
Association, Central Office for the Prevention of Industrial Accidents), Langwardtweg 103, D-53129 Bonn.
2. Regulations for the Prevention of Accidents, BGV D25 of the German Industrial Trades Association.
3. Regulations for the Prevention of Accidents, BGV D24 covering Spraying, Immersion and Paintwork in the Chemical Industry.
4. Relevant safety regulations of the respective country and for the site of use.
We recommend that the SATA Air Supplied Breathing Set be worn during all paint-spraying work.
F: Attention:
Ne jamais diriger le pistolet sur soi ou sur autrui ou sur an animal. Le produit peut s'infiltrer dans les tissus et provoquer des dégâts corporels. Consulter aussitôt un
médicin. Lors du laquage aucune source inflammable ne doit être présente (par ex. feu ouvert, cigarette allumée, lampes sans protection antidéflagrante etc.), car lors
du laquage sont émis des mélanges facilement inflammables. Lors de travaux au pistolet, au filtre ou à la pompe, ôther toute pression du système, fermer l'apport
d'air vers les appareils. En ce qui conceme le mode de fonctionnement et le maniement de la pompe, it faut respecter les prescriptions de sécurité respectives.
Bloquer la gâchette du pistolet avec la vis de blocage (2) lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé. Le dispositif doit répondre aux:
1. Directives pour jet liquide, du syndicat professionnel, poste central de prévention des accidents, Langwardtweg 103, D-53129 Bonn.
2. Prescriptions préventives contre les accidents BGV D25 du syndicat professionnel.
3. Prescriptions préventives contre les accidents BGV D24 sur les trayaux de projection, d'immersion et d'application de l'industrie chimique
4. Prescriptions de sécurité en viguer dans le pays de l'emploi.
Lors du laquage le port du masque de protection respiratoire SATA est conseille.
