With appropriate use of the rotating nozzle [1-1], it is maintenance-free.
10.1. Air piston, piston spring and closing cap
steps: [5-2], [5-3], [5-4] and [5-5]
• Disconnect the SATA anti-dust jet / X from the compressed air circuit!
• When air leaks from the rotating nozzle [1-1] or the closing cap [1-5]
without the trigger [1-2] being pulled, they need to be replaced.
• Lubricate with SATA high performance spray gun grease (Art.
No. 48173) after disassembly of closing cap [1-5] and piston
spring [5-4], insert with air piston [5-5] and locking screw [1-6].
• Ensure correct position of locking screw [1-6]! Clos-
ing cap [1-5] could shoot out from the spray gun
body of the SATa anti-dust jet / X uncontrolled!
10.2. Replacing the sealing (air side)

• Disconnect the SATA anti-dust jet / X from the compressed air circuit!
Replacing the self-adjusting sealing [5-6] is required when air leaks from
behind the trigger [1-2].
• After disassembly, please check air piston rod [5-5] and clean it,
if required. If damaged (e.g. if scratched or bent), replace it and
grease with SATA high performance spray gun grease (Art. No.
48173) and insert. Please observe correct order of installation!
• Also lubricate O-ring of closing cap [5-3] and piston spring [5-4],
