Malfunction
Rotating nozzle stops,
irregular rotating

Cause
Rotating nozzle / Dis-
charge electrode is
clogged
Short circuit in high
voltage cable
Clogged discharge
electrode
Compressed air circuit
out of order
Corrective Action
Clean rotating nozzle/
discharge electrode
with either compressed
air or a plastic brush.
In case of clogging
with lubricants, paints,
oils, etc., the blow noz-
zle/electrode has to be
cleaned with a suitable
cleaning agent.
Warning!
The solvent must have
completely evaporated
prior to further opera-
tion

X inoperable; please
contact your dealer
