Mounting the Tool
Note:
We highly recommend that you bolt this mitre saw se-
curely to a work bench to gain the maximum stability of
your machine.
• Locate and mark the four bolt holes on the bench.
• Drill the bench with a ø 10 mm drill bit,
• Bolt the mitre saw on to the bench with bolts, washers
and nuts. Note that these fasteners are not supplied
with the machine.

Operating the Tool

WARNING! Never connect the plug to the power
source outlet until all Installations and adjustments
are completed and you have read and understood
the safety and operational instructions.
Basic Pullover Mitre Saw Operations
• Always use the clamp 17 to hold the work piece firmly.
2 holes are provided for the clamp.
• Always position the work piece against the fence. Any
piece that is bowed or warped and cannot be held flat
on the table or against fence may trap the blade and
should not be used.
• Never place hands near the cutting area. Keep hands
outside the "No Hands Zone" which includes the entire
table and is labelled by "No Hands" symbols.
WARNING! To avoid injury from materials being
thrown, unplug the saw to avoid accidental start-
ing, and then remove small materials.
Chop Cut (Fig. 6)
• For chop cutting, slide the cutting head to the rear
position as far as it will go, and lock the carriage 1 by
the lock handle 2.
Mitre Cut
• Make sure the extension fence is secured in the cor-
rect position.
• Release the mitre locking button and move the table to
the desired angle. Every five degrees, angles from 0°
to 45° can be fast and precisely set. Let the mitre but-
ton snap in and fix the angle with the clamping screw.
• Activate the switch, then press the blade guard lock
lever to lower the cutting head down.

N. B.:
Il est vivement recommandé de boulonner la scie à un
établi pour lui assurer le maximum de stabilité.
• Repérer et marquer l'emplacement des quatre trous
de fixation sur l'établi.
• Percer les trous dans l'établi avec un foret de 10 mm.
• Boulonner la scie à l'établi à l'aide de boulons, ron-
delles et écrous (non fournis avec la scie).
Mode d'emploi
ATTENTION! Ne pas enficher la fiche dans une prise
de courant avant d'avoir terminé toutes les étapes de
l'installation et du réglage et d'avoir lu et compris les
consignes de sécurité et le mode d'emploi.
Consignes générales
• Toujours utiliser le serre-joint 17 pour immobiliser la
pièce à scier. 2 trous sont prévus pour le serre-joint.
• Toujours placer la pièce à couper contre le guide. Ne
pas utiliser de pièce cintrée ou tordue ou de pièce
qu'il est impossible de maintenir à plat sur le plateau
ou contre le guide, car elle risque de bloquer la lame.
• Ne jamais placer les mains dans la zone de coupe,
qui comprend l'ensemble du plateau et est indiquée
par des symboles „Pas de mains".
ATTENTION! Pour éviter d'être blessé par des pro-
jections de matériaux, débrancher la scie pour l'em-
pêcher de se mettre en marche accidentellement et
enlever les petits morceaux de matériaux.
Coupe de refend (Fig. 6)
• Pour la coupe de refend, faire glisser la tête de coupe
vers l'arrière aussi loin qu'elle peut aller et bloquer le
chariot 1 à l'aide de la manette de blocage 2.
Coupe d'onglet
• S'assurer que le guide-rallonge est assujetti dans la
bonne position.
• Relâcher le bouton de serrage à onglets et tourner la
table à l'angle désiré. Par le trame à chaque 5 degrés,
tous les angles de 0° à 45° peuvent être réglés rapide-
ment et à haute précision. Laisser bloquer le bouton
de serrage et fixer l'angle à l'aide de la vis de blocage.
• Mettre la scie en marche, puis appuyer sur le levier
du protège-lame supérieur pour abaisser la tête de
coupe.
