Cleaning stainless steel surfaces
. Clean stainless steel surfaces with a grease‐dissolving cleaning agent.
. Wash down the cleaned parts thoroughly with water after using harsh cleaning products.
. Clean stainless steel surfaces with grease‐dissolving cleaning products or special stainless
steel cleaners.
. Rub cleaned parts and surfaces dry with a soft cloth.
D Leave the oven door open after cleaning.

D Caution. Take note of the weight of the heat
distribution plate and do not damage the
oven door as you remove it.
. Screw the ring bolt into the heat distribution
plate.
D Take care that the ring bolt thread does not
project through the bottom of the plate and
does not damage the oven door as you pull
the plate out.
. Clean the oven interior with a
grease‐dissolving cleaning agent.
D Do not damage the heating elements while
cleaning.
. Thinly coat the heat distribution plate and
the uncoated baking trays with cooking fat
after cleaning to protect them from rusting.
