Notes on safe operation
Daily operation
D The appliance is for commercial use and may only be operated
− by trained personnel,
− if the appliance is supervised,
− for the purpose designated in the instruction manual.
D Do not place anything in the oven for storage.
Risk of injury/risk of burning
D Caution: the appliance is hot during use.
D Hot air escapes when the oven door is opened. The dishes, wire racks and trays used in the
cooking compartment become hot.
D Caution. Wear gloves to protect against the heat when accessing the cooking compartment
and removing dishes, racks and baking trays.
D Keep clear of the heating elements and the cooking compartment walls when accessing the
cooking compartment.
D Risk of explosion! No foodstuffs may be heated in tightly sealed cans or tinned food packa
ging. Any overpressure that develops during the heating process must be able to escape
from the containers!
Fire safety
D Approved fire extinguishers for cooking oil and fat fires must be available for fighting fires.
Risk of damage
D Use only baking trays, wire racks and dishes suitable for temperatures over 300°C in the
oven.
D Do not spray off or clean the appliance with water hoses, high‐pressure cleaners,
high‐pressure steam cleaners or general steam cleaners.
D Do not spray foam cleaner on the appliance. The foam cleaner gets into the smallest of
cracks and destroys the electrical and electronic systems.
D If you cannot remedy malfunctions with the help of page 20 section 6. "Faults and remed
ies", switch off the appliance and notify customer service.
D If the appliance has not been used for some time, have customer service check it for
correct operation.
